The ceremony is currently underway with distinguished academic leaders in attendance, beginning with a warm welcome from Campus Administrator Gerald Jayson B. Balanga, PhD, who set the stage for the afternoon’s honors. Guest speaker and NSTP Director Marlon E. Lora, PhD, delivered a keynote address challenging the graduates to transition from student-learners to active community leaders, emphasizing the program’s core mission of national service and social responsibility.

The event reaches its peak during the formal Graduation Rites, where students are being presented with their certificates by a panel of esteemed officials, including Rey Anthonie D.
