EVSU Dulag Campus successfully participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill held on the campus grounds today, March 13. The drill, which is a crucial preparedness exercise, was spearheaded by Dr. Rotchie Castil and saw active participation from the entire campus community. This event helps to ensure that students, as well as the teaching and non-teaching personnel, are aware of the proper response protocols during an earthquake.

The campus-wide exercise focused on the essential “Drop, Cover, and Hold” procedure, followed by a coordinated evacuation to designated assembly areas. By regularly engaging in such drills, EVSU-DC reinforces its commitment to safety and disaster readiness, preparing its community to act quickly and correctly to minimize risks in the event of a real seismic event.
