On behalf of the University President—Dr. Dennis C. De Paz, the Campus Administrator of Eastern Visayas State University—Dulag Campus, Dr. Gerald Jayson B. Balanga delivered his welcome message as the 2nd Semester of A.Y 2024-2025 officially commenced, January 20.
“Let us continue to work hand-in-hand to uphold the legacy of excellence that defines Eastern Visayas State University. Let us synergize our efforts as one family for a one united and stronger EVSU.” Dr. Balanga stressed.
The Administrator also underlined the importance of wearing the school uniform, as it reflects on the instructions’ core values.
Moreover, he ended the speech with encouragements to students stating, “Go forth this semester with a solid plan in your mind, the determination to reach your goals, and the ever-burning desire to learn in your heart.”
