Second-year students from the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program at Eastern Visayas State University – Dulag Campus (EVSU-DC) attended the Junior Level Science Scholarships (JLSS) Caravan earlier this afternoon, May 8. This significant event was led by officials from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and held at the campus Function Hall. The caravan aimed to provide essential information about the scholarship opportunities available to promising science and technology students.
The event was spearheaded by esteemed DOST representatives, Ms. Sharmaine G. Quintana and Ms. Camille Alyssa M. Amantillo, who delivered the key information on the scholarship program’s benefits, requirements, and application process. The activity was also graced by the presence of EVSU-DC’s Head of the Administrative Office, Mr. Arnold M. Brit, underscoring the university’s support for its students pursuing advanced studies and careers in science and technology fields.
