On December 16, at Surf Camp, Barangay Sabang Daguitan, Dulag, Leyte, the Entrepreneurship Department led the eagerly awaited year-end review and released a complete 3-year strategic plan, marking a key milestone for Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) Dulag Campus.
The Entrepreneurship Department, under the skillful direction of Ms. Rosielyn Baltazar, planned the event, which brought together important faculty members and stakeholders. Distinguished guests included Dr. Jovito B. Madeja, the Campus Director, as well as instructors from the departments of BS Information Technology and BS Office Administration, alumni, and industry partners.
Selected student leaders and members of the Student Publications team’s editorial board were also present to participate in the discussions. The 3-year strategic plan, a painstakingly constructed road map outlining the objectives, priorities, and action plans for the organization, was the centerpiece of the event.
The Campus Director Dr. Jovito B. Madeja expressed his excitement for the ambitious plan saying, “Our strategic plan reflects our commitment to providing a holistic and dynamic learning environment. It is a blueprint for our collective efforts toward academic excellence and student success.” Selected student leaders and Editorial Members from the Student Publications team actively participated in the conversation, demonstrating the importance of student participation. Their viewpoints offered insightful perspectives on the student experience that encouraged faculty and students to work together.
